    • SkilledUp Account

      • How much does SkilledUp cost?

        It is totally free to sign up for a SkilledUp account. Your account gives you access to all of our features and the ability to create a customized profile. You can find both free and paid courses and resources on SkilledUp. You can choose which courses to take and how much, if anything, you want to spend.

      • How do I create an account?
      • I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

        No worries, happens to the best of us! From the login menu, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. Enter the email address you registered with and a secure link will be emailed to you. Use that link to reset your password.

      • What happens when I register for SkilledUp using a social network?

        When you use one of your social networks to create a SkilledUp account, we’ll ask you for permission to access some of your profile information. We will only use the details that will help you build your profile and help us provide you with the most relevant content. We promise to play by the rules and handle your information with care - anything else would not be cool. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

      • I used my LinkedIn, Facebook or Google+ credentials to register for SkilledUp. Now, when I enter my email address and password on the login page, I can’t login. How does this work?

      • I only want to hear about courses and trends in a certain field. How can I customize the emails I receive?

        We know you’re busy, so we want to make sure you only receive emails about topics you’re interested in.

        You can manage your email preferences from your SkilledUp profile. Once you are logged in, go to your profile, click the Notifications tab and from there you can choose your primary area of interest, as well as other topics that appeal to you.

        If you do not have a SkilledUp account, but you are registered for our newsletter, you can click the Update Preferences link at the bottom of every email you receive from us to indicate your areas of interest.  

        If your interests change or you switch careers, you can always update your preferences!

      • I signed up for SkilledUp emails, but I no longer want to receive them. How do I unsubscribe?

        Well, first off - bummer! But we totally understand that schedules get busy and you have to put your skill development on hold sometimes. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of every email you receive from us. Don’t worry, you can always sign up again!

        You can also manage your email notifications from your SkilledUp profile. Once you are logged in, go to your profile, click the Notifications tab and from there you can turn on and off your email notifications.

        You sure can! Access SkilledUp on all of your favorite mobile devices, including iPhone, iPad and Android.
